The BeeSitters . . . .

A Little About Us – Two Families & Their Journey to Save The Bees

The BeeSitters originated when Sacha Sutherland, Jo Ryan and their families became concerned about the worlds declining bee population.  Planting a bee & insect gardens, building a native bee hotels.  Sacha’s eldest son Finn eventually persuaded her to get their first hive full of honey bee’s! Jo even had a swarm of bees in her backyard looking for a new home and so called Sacha in for help and this became the start of a beautiful friendship.  Those beehives soon multiplied into many, located in various suburbs across Perth with Hive Hosts as part of our pollination project.  Amazed by the support we had via social media and how many people felt the same, inspired us to do more.

Jo, a mother with 3 beautiful children, is very passionate about creating products from only the purest natural ingredients and began creating wonderful recipes, gifting them to friends.  The response was overwhelming so we now have our own branded natural products, handmade and packaged with love.

Sacha, also a mother of 3 just as beautiful children, is an avid bee and bug photographer and loves to spend her days out checking the Bee Hives, which is fast becoming a full time job, camera in hand.

Together we work hard to produce high quality beeswax and honey products, including a wedding and kiddie Range.  Environmental awareness plus healthy happy beehives!  Our aim is to keep everything natural, toxin free and as local as possible using our own BeeSitters wax and honey from our own beautiful girls.

We love that our products are never exactly the same, this is because we never know where our girls have been out foraging and each product is lovingly made by hand.  So please bare that in mind when you reorder your favourite product
